I'd keep quiet now if I was you, you're making quite the embarassment of yourself. There's not quite such a thing as "new emo", but there are different sub-sub-sub-genres that it's evolved into. And before you go repeating it, people do still like to listen to Heroin. If you don't, fine, good for you. But you can't go calling it crap if you listen to Hawthorne Heights, sorry, but tis like an unspoken law.

And just incase you hadn't guessed, these topics tend to get very elitist. Just stop arguing back, because I can't be bothered with another "emo vs. MCR" type thread. There are threads on these boards about what emo is and isnt, take a look maybe?
