After APTBS put "Worship" out, I pretty much lost interest in them, (I even pre-ordered it on blue wax!) so I now go to the Rivers for my feedbacky, noisy, pop tuney stuff. If you like noisy JAMC type stuff, these guys will be right up your alley.
Well there's an understatement, they're practically A Place To Bury Strangers clones. If someone was to hand me a copy of Sin and Lostness telling me that it was a new APTBS album, there would be no surprises. Not that the album is without merit or anything as they do what they do pretty well, but their sound is far too close to APTBS circa their self-titled album for the band to really distinguse themselves. Even the opening track from the album 'Your Looks' sounds almost identical to 'Missing You'.

I wasn't too impressed with Worship myself either. It sounded fairly safe and uninspriring compared to their first two albums. But whenever I want a good noisy shoegaze fix I always stick on their self-titled or Exploding head.
