I think that there are many traits that are genetically determined and in certain combinations can result in undesirables but this is not a compelling argument in violating a basic human right by removing the freedom of choice. Human beings are not just their gene pool, with no consideration for the importance of nurture as well as nature and it is leaving much to chance to put a stop in the natural order of things on what is not a provable issue.
