I saw Beatlemania on my 18th birthday. It is the last time I have gone out of my way to see a tribute band.
My dad had to drive me and my friend because I had just totaled his other car and lost my license - but that's another story.
A friend of mine has a bar where one of the bands he has is a Beatles tribute band that prides itself on being note perfect ( I don't think they try to look like the beatles). This is one of the reasons I would not go see them. I would rather they do their own versions.
