I'm primarily a IIPA/Strong Ale kind of guy, I'm thinking some Humulus from the Bruery, Pliny (Elder, Younger if you can get it), Stone's Enjoy By... and Double Bastard, Lagunitas Maximus or Sucks Brown Shugga.
