1. Limp Bizkit Genre (Hardcore/Nxu Mextalx) Flordia, 90's
While never officially labeled a punk band, it cannot be stressed more that Limp Bizkit is the pure embodiment of hardcore, a band that lived and breathed punk with every fibre of their being. Say what you will about bands like the Gorilla Biscuits, in the end, they pale in comparison to the badassery of Limp Bizkit. The way Fred Durst grabs his package and fingers the camera in his videos is so angst ridden, I cannot help but find my Bizkit getting anything other than limp. And the lyrics in songs like Nookie are so profound "I did it all for the Nookie, so you can take that cookie, And stick it up your Yeah! Stick it up your Yeah!" Wow! that's awesome! So there you have it, my number 1 and the greatest hardcore band to walk the face of the earth!!!
