It all really depends on your audience, mang. I've thrown on mixtapes in the car that made my mother bitch. Most notably, I had "Fuck Was I" by Jenny Owen Youngs on a mix once, and my mom was all, "This is shit. What, does she just say fuck a lot and think she's deep?" But that same mix was worn the hell out by my friends that same summer.
