Behind my remark despite being blunt, I'm questioning why the fan base is so relevant to liking the band. It wasn't to imply that the topic was invalid. People seem to be pointing at the fans as a reason to dislike them, or show how immature they are. It may not just be here, but there are a substantial amount of people who dislike Tool because of their fans.
