Really chilled downtempo electronica that has been a perfect servant for me this week, crashing after college and winding down to this. Not as good as Black Sands but I do like it a lot.
DAFT PUNK - RANDOM ACCESS MEMORIES (2013)
This is not Daft Punk. It is an album of poppy disco, soul and funk tracks, and I absolutely love it. I'm really not quite wrapping my head around some of the passionately negative reviews. Sure it isn't Homework or Discovery, but it's damn good.
EVERYTHING BUT THE GIRL - AMPLIFIED HEART (1994)
I heard 'Missing' in the pub a couple of weeks ago, and I hadn't heard it for years. I mainly put this album on this week because it (mainly that track) reminds me of my sister playing it over and over again when I was around ten years old.
