I can't rightly say who deserves it, I don't have all the sides of the story but based on my scant knowledge of the English governmental system & ours and our lack of good, quality mental health resources I would say his reaction is understandable, however that doesn't mean it's "right", per se. I'm merely stating it's not quite my place to pass judgment.
