mothership zeta wasn't too bad, I always left it until the end though because the guns and caps you could make from selling them made the rest of the game too easy if you did it early on.
The Pitt was the DLC in Fallout 3 that I found most tedious. Especially collecting those damn ingots in the steel yard.
Point Lookout was fantastic though.
