Venture Bros is great toonage if you like a storyline, mature humor, and great characters.
If you like wacky toons, check into Harvey Birdman.
As far as Loiter Squad, that's just Tyler the Creator and his friends basically doing stupid sh*t like a black version of Jack
ass but far more random.
