Well on a lyrical level maybe not, but on a production level, you could analyze Dre in incredible detail.
In terms of lyrics though, it still matters how the verses are structured. If the rhyme scheme is super simple and it doesn't flow well, it'll still be garbage, even if the subject matter is the typical gangster anecdotes.
