Intriguing if a little unsatisfying. A very good debut from the 25 year old director with the film falling more into arthouse than Horror although the dream sequences despite being gruesome are beautifully shot and he is a talent to look out for but I much prefer Lucky Mckee's May regarding a young womans difficulty adjust to the norms of society and I didn't feel enough empathy for the main character even though the cast is superb and who would have thought ex porn star Traci Lords would be such a damn good actress?
