Definitely a prick not helping her up, no condoning that, other than he may have been concerned about a possible lawsuit if she was hurt (not saying Vanilla would do that, but he might have worried she could be the type to take advantage) but there's absolutely no way that could be construed as a racist incident, no more than could the other one CV spoke of.

I was more responding to the fact that it's okay to tell her that she needs to pay attention. No rudeness in saying that. I normally stop walking to send the message and stand off to the side or use voice texting so I can still see where I'm walking.
