2. Mos Def
3. Q-Tip
4. Black Thought
5. Eminem
6. Nas
7. Chuck D
8. The Notorious B.I.G.
9. AZ
10. Phife Dawg

Personally I think Mos Def has dropped better albums than Talib, but Talib is a bit sharper when it comes to flow and lyrics. And POC is dope...
