53. Wasted Youth (hardcore punk, skate punk) Los Angeles, CA era:1981-1988

Wasted Youth came out of the thriving LA punk scene and although fairly typical i think they deserve more attention than they seem to get....their first album Reagan's In consists of ten damn near perfect songs and clocks in at a mere 15 minutes....i think they released two p[roper albums and one ep....and by the end they were more a kind of thrash crossover band....and in my opinion not a good one

but that first album i think would be on most top punk album lists
