Ok so today, I finally gave into doing something I am strongly against.... I excepted a prescription to Prozac and Xanax ( I am not against the xanax I have had many a fun time on them...) But finally excepting an antidepressant was something I have never really believed in... For two reasons 1. I fully believe that if you start doing something like that and you run out, and you go off your meds you might end up shooting up a post office, screaming you don't have your meds... 2. I don't think there is anything wrong with being a little sad sometimes...
I have been stricken with panic, I mean sheer terror, at the least opportune times, and be paralyzed for 20 minutes to 1 hour. So the Doctor gave me a very specif perscription
1. 40 minutes of excersie no if ands or butts...
2. More Sex (True Story)
3. Vacation (as soon as humanly possible I am to call for the note next week)
4. Xanax
5. Prozac
I think I love my doctor...
