Okay, I get where you are going with this. You mean from a technical stand point.

So the greater the technicality the better the artist in your eyes.

I don't know if I agree with using that as a measurement for if an artist is better than another objectively.

Using that as a measurement would through most punk bands into the awful category and most prog bands would be classed as being better.
