Loved their first albums but adore their last two albums Humbug and SIAS probably my favourite albums of the past few years. Love that stoner rock sound Josh Homme got for Humbug and it was a real departure from their British indie sound. SIAS has that feel of an old British indie record from the 80's mixed with a bit of the darkness of Humbug. Really good album that's sadly overlooked by many. R U Mine and Do I want to Know plus Mad Sounds are great signs for what this new Album AM5 is headed.
Did anyone catch their headline set at Glastonbury taught they were brilliant apart from Turner probably trying to hard to be Elvis style frontman. They knocked out a great performance and along with Primal Scream and The Stypres the best performance of the Festival.
