She talks about how badly people treated her and how they looked down on her and at the end, you find out she was talking about the customer service job.

Have any of you ever worked customer service?? People act like you should be bowing at their feet. I remember when I worked as a customer service attendant, and a customer rushed me, yelling at me because her kid's bus was about to be at its stop. She was yelling at ME because she was gonna miss the bus!!!

And the coworkers there were gross and gossipy and horrible people. I was sexually harassed so much and no one did anything about it.

Most jobs are like this, too, so you can't just pick out one position and be like WOW IT MUST BE SO HORRIBLE.
