He only gets on base at a .306 clip, that's insanely low for someone who's hitting with as much power as he is right now.
I know Ibanez has never been a great on-base guy, but .300 is actually pretty bad. Most good players get on at least 35% of the time, if not closer to 40%.
Harper also has higher OPS and OPS+ than Ibanez, so there's that too.
