Aww thanks Fred! I missed two days of opiates and I was in excruciating pain in the weekend. Once I have an appointment with the Pain Specialists I may be able to get some physio by someone who's used to dealing with people with multiple pain issues. My last appointment they told me that it's common for women with Endometriosis to have back pain (along with IBS and allergies). I think my fall may have increased the stress on my back. I will not stress but honestly I'm stressed about other things in the mean time.

I know people who keep their back pains in check by excercising. They're fine as long as they do it regularly, but when they stop for a while, it comes back.

Needless to say, you shouldn't have to rely on opiates and sleeping drugs to have a normal, pain free life If you do, that needs to get sorted out asap!
I find that if I run my back can get really sore. My physio told me I need to strengthen my back and stomach muscles up so that my back can support my body first. Once I'm into a routine of stretching and strengthening then I can move on to excercising more. At this stage I walk everyday for decent periods. I may never have a pain free life because of the amount of issues I have. I definitely try to be positive about it thought. It's so weird because as a teenager I was really healthy and had no problems or allergies etc.

I will keep the opiates up until I've got regular physio because I need to get my studies done and I can't do that unless I'm not in so much pain and can sit in a computer chair. I'm finishing off my sleeping tablets this week and stopping for a while, I don't want to get dependent on them or have them screw up my sleeping patterns.

Thanks for your concern though it's nice to hear that people are understanding!
