RP, at least imo, are one of the most awesome and original punk bands that have ever played. I mean, how many Lovecraft references can one band have? I listen to Death Church at least 3 times a week, and it never gets old. Nick Blinko is one gnarly dude, he also does all the sick artwork. Check out his first band, The Magits, if you're feeling adventurous. They only have one album, it has a very cold and bleak sound, kinda like electronic deathrock.

Definitely one of my favorite acts in the history of mankind. Blinko is multi-faceted and talented. I go through phases between Death Church and EP'S. I loved No More Pain also a few years back albeit a slowed down version of RP. And the Magits are great too. Kind of surprised there wasn't already a thread for one of the best early 80's uk punk acts that ever graced the planet.
