meh, more power to you. I couldn't do it. Especially if you have feelings attached to the object and it makes you feel sentimental.
I would want to get rid of all the energy from that relationship. So , if I didn't pawn the jewelry pieces, I would either throw them out or destroy them in one way or another. I don't want the bad residual energy from a relationship that didn't work out hanging around me. That's just me though.
