I've drank 3/4 cups of green tea daily for the past 3 years - the difference in my skin and my mental health has been enormous. I like it with ginger, honey, and/or lemon - whatever combination of those tends to be great. I dig it on its own, too. My whole diet changed radically after leaving home and gradually learning how to cook, but incorporating green tea was one of the best and simplest moves I made. Forget these green tea 'supplements' though - just drink the drink!
