Aside from Dickinson all the people you listed are approaching 70 years old and have been multi platinum selling artists for decades.

It's not up to them to make a statement of credibility it's up to the bands that are up and coming now to do that.

I wouldn't begrudge anybody trying to get a pension fund after decades of spending months on the road.
