A few years ago they had an INXS reality show looking for a new lead singer and that was a flop for the band in the long run. I think the show itself did alright, generated good interest but the newly reformed band put out an album and then quickly dropped by the way.
I could imagine fans will only begrudge the likes of Ozzy if hes part of a panel that picks the next bieber, cause thats just not rock n roll.
