I love spydies but I agree they are way to much money for what they are. I cheaped out and bought a Made in China Spydie Tenacious. It isnt bed but the screws were so cheap they all stripped and now I cant take it apart.
They paramilitary and such are amazing but not worth like 80-150 bucks for a folder.]

Thats always been my issue with buying cheap. I know the screws are gonna strip after a bit of use and the blade life even when sharpened properly will not outlast a spyderco. I'd be inclined to buy the under 100 dollar spyderco's but yes approaching 150 bucks is just insane. That being said i'd love to own a paramilitary 2 series but 185 is a bit steep for a knife.
