There are probably primitive prototypes of male BC pills out there, but for now have you looked into an IUD? Specifically a non-hormonal copper one like Paragard?
Intrauterine Device (IUD) Birth Control and Side Effects
Provided that you don't have problems metabolizing copper (Wilson's Disease), it's very effective and does not alter hormone levels. The copper just changes the natural environment inside the uterus. I have the hormonal type (Mirena). You could also try a different kind of pill, maybe a low dose one.
