Can I ask why you disagree with a gun owner registry?

I think banning guns would have worked before a massive arms industry emerged, but now it's too late for that and it would be political suicide to even try. So at this point it makes more sense to try to regulate them instead.

Yes, I do agree with that. I think it's absurd to not have such a requirement.
