Harsh, but certainly true in the mid-late 80's. I do kinda like some of their early stuff, and they covered "The Battle of Evermore" beautifully as Lovemongers, but....yeah

In fairness most of the Heart material I have is from the 80s and is quite good (Bad Animals, Heart, Brigade etc) but that song sucks a big one.
As for JML, surely you're not forgetting Def Leppard and the Cars?
"Heartbeat city" not one of the greatest ever produced pop/rock albums of that era?
