They were smart in putting together the two songs for this performance - Robin's iconic 60's song and Barry's then-current vocal spotlight single from Odessa (Which still is possibly my favorite Bee Gees album due to it's ambition). A fine showcase of two great Pop singers (My guess - the Tom Jones show, 1969). To me, "First of May" is the more campy of the two with all of stuff about Christmas Trees and such (although I still think there's a clumsy symbolism there), but still pretty good.
To those who only know the Gibbs through their Disco and 80's history should give their 60's albums a try - although the first Greatest Hits is a smart taster to see if one would like to hear First to Odessa.
