Milk destroys the antioxidant effect of the tea just as it destroys the same effect in dark chocolate. Milk is for babies not grown people. Adults cats, for example, are lactose intolerant. NEVER give a grown cat milk. Water is all they need. Kittens can drink milk but actually cream is better for them but you have to ween off it before they reach 1 year. Milk is not made for adult systems. It does not belong in tea. Nothing belongs in tea but tea.
