I have bad heartburn and milk is how i survive, and i'm 17. I'm nearly an adult, i haven't grown a centimeter in the last 4 years, and it is how i get by in life.
i stopped drinking milk because it's bad for your sinuses, and i literally wanted to throw up at the thought of eating.
it just turns out that my favourite way of delivering milk is through chai. traditional chai. steeped in the milk.
and yes, antioxidants are important, but if i wanted antioxidants, i certainly wouldn't go for chai. or any kind of tea.
