Again, rugby guys are typically normal sized men. Apples and oranges. If they played in the NFL without pads they'd be carried off the field in an ambulance after 1 down. Again, come off that argument.

If they're juicing they should be immediately and irrevocably banned. There is no specific example of this however, and if you want to say anything along the lines of "come on, it's obvious" well I'm sure it happens but I'm just as sure that at least half and IMO possibly the majority are clean. I do think that Football needs to do what baseball FINALLY did in getting PED's out of the game.
Oh, and I'm just as certain that PED's are present in soccer too.
