Yeah according to
this article from Winnipeg (from April 2013), Tampa has the second lowest ticket prices (Dallas is the lowest), and Florida averages $55.75 - while Toronto (where I live) is the most expensive, at $124.69 on average!!!!! The second highest team (the Jets) come in $30 below that. WTF.

I have friends who live in Windsor, so when they want to see any Canadian teams play, they just wait till they play the Red Wings, and then they drive like 20 mins across the border to pay the Detroit prices. Windsor is quite far from Toronto so it wouldn't be worth it to drive the 5 hours here and back for a game.
