This literally made me cry. I know some people here think I find rape a great laugh, but it's actually not true. Sure I made a comment once referring to it as a light hearted comment about a TV show, but I think I desensitised myself with the word in order for me to deal with it. I have not consented to sex twice while under the influence of alcohol and I like to bury that away and not let myself think too much about it. I commend these women (and men) for being so open about their past, giving themselves a chance to heal, even though it's not always possible. It's so awful how many people are put through it, especially as children!
