It's not as strong an album as Peace Sells or Rust In Peace, but it captures that anger and bitterness that got Mustaine to form the band better than any of their subsequent albums. He's talking about the original Peace Sells album, which was produced by Randy Burns, as opposed to the '04 remix of Peace Sells.
But I don't mean to discount your points about Killing is my Business, which are good.
