I'm a huge fan of the dutch band De Staat and I recently found another band from Scotland with a similar vibe called 'The Tide Inside', they're a bit more mellow and ambient, check them out on facebook and youtube.

Does anybody have any suggestions for other european bands I should check out in a similar vein?
