shame shame shame. (just jokes)
ANZAC- Australian and New Zealand Army Corps.
the ANZAC's fought in World War 2, and has played a major influencial roll in Australia and NZ.
In a NutShell, the ANZAC's were known for their fun, heroric and radical spirit during the war, no-one understood how they could laugh and have a good time in the face of war, but they did. They were mainly known for their mateship.
Australia and New Zealand celebrate ANZAC day every year, and we're very patriotic about it.
ANZAC biscuits are what they ate most of the time during the war, and now they are a very well known biscuit, ate every day. Very yummy too!!!!

so basically its a biscuit flavour.

P.S
Im not surprised that you dont know who they are, you probably have the equivalent of the ANZAC's in the states (or wherever you come from) that i dont know about.
But hey you learn something new every day!!!
