I love having my hair pulled (on the slack of it, though, so if I'm ever getting freaky I've got to braid it so nobody dies) and I love being bitten (though it does more for me to be kissed, just gently, just about anywhere). Love having my hips grabbed, love being lovingly rough-handled.
Everything's just better when they act like they really, really want it.
edit: I also prefer being held down over tied/cuffed. It feels more personal to be held down, rather than bound. I don't like to feel like an object.
