You are so amazing, for putting up with such atrocities! Great story telling too. I seriously question the existence of people who act appallingly. People expect customer service clerks to bend over backwards for it and don't even thank them for it. I have done 7 years in customer service at a video store, libraries and a gift store. I had to call people from the video shop to return their overdue dvds and I got so much abuse, especially when they find out how much their fines are! I found the coworkers at the gift store were worse than the customers (except for my cousin). I got told off by tbe manager for being too bubbly and friendly to customers! I was told to tone it down and to speak poshly because rich customers spent their money there (even though the items were junk and made in China).
