A man got mad at me once because I said we didn't have what he wanted in stock. He supposedly reported me, but I never heard about it.
We also got a lady in (she was obviously a tweaker) and she was constantly coming into the back completely dismissing the "employees only" sign. She called my coworker and I rude though we were being very polite.
That's the biggest pet peeve of mine. NEVER, and I mean NEVER just come into the back when there is a sign in plain sight that says "Employees only beyond this point". The sign doesn't mean "employees only, but feel free to come into the back if you don't work here". Pisses me off so much.
