Agreed. Sure, it makes them scream even louder, but with conditioning they'll learn how to behave.

e**** on their kids, and that's horrible. I actually almost called the police on a customer once because she pushed her kid down inside a shopping cart and they smashed their face on the side rails. Discipline is OK, but there's a fine line between discipline and abuse.
