I actually know one of those lawyers. He was recently arrested (guess what for!)

What shocks me is how many people I knew who died as a result of drunk driving. Those who killed themselves behind the wheel, those who were passengers and were with someone who was driving drunk and were killed in an accident (usually the drunk driver survived.)
I can think of 10 people at the moment and one who put himself in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Most of them were in their 20's, one was 19, two were 18 and the youngest was 16.

And most everyone I know has similar stories about people they know or knew who were seriously injured or killed in drunk driving accidents.
