I really like it - more as a poem than a song, because of the consistent structure, although that said, many songs do follow more unconventional structures.
I love the imagery, and the elegance and economy of language.
My only possible bone of contention is the notion of prayer as a gift, however, that's a separate issue to the quality of the literature itself.
