It's just a new age bellend mentality. Sky push those competitions hard so it's no surprise people fall for it.
'Getting 4th place' and the frenzy over it, makes me rage a little bit tbh. I'm sure teams in the Championship would say the same about promotion.

I know, surely this is what you're in the game for, trophies? But also to add to the league point, it's only good staying in the league if you actually do something, like challenge for titles or get into Europe and actually challenge or win one of the trophies you qualified for cos of your league position.
