Music Banter - View Single Post - Need help finding a music video...it's a difficult one!

I watched a music video several months ago on youtube. I can't remember the name of the group or song. All I remember there's a woman in a park setting, she has leg irons on and is trying to break the chain with a stone. Everytime she hits the chain it sparks and the camera keeps zooming in until she breaks free. If anyone knows this song/video I would like to see it again.
