Most QBs that are awesome have "all the weapons in the world". The QB is what makes the WR as much as the WR makes the QB, and while McCown played well, he's historically mediocre, and he's also historically decent when he's unexpected. Great backup QB a la Matt Flynn or Matt Cassel, but not the kind of guy who could possibly unseat Jay Cutler. I expected Chicago to retain him, and that's why I'm saying he's a franchise QB, which they'd be pretty stupid to trade away unless they know they're getting the real deal.
